7. Do I need to sell or have any special skills or experience to succeed? The XanGo System was designed around the concept that you should be able to begin and grow a new business in the manner you are most comfortable with… the one that fits your style and comfort level. No special skills or experience is required. We provide you with a complete step-by-step system easy for everyone to duplicate. However, the more time and energy a distributor puts into their business, the faster their organization will grow and the higher their compensation will be.
8. What are the costs involved in becoming a distributor? XanGo charges a distributor a one-time sign-up fee of $35 for which you receive a Distributor’s Kit. In addition, based on the plan selected to optimize distributor commissions, you can select to receive one case of four bottles or two cases of four bottles each at signup (referred to as the Standard Plan at $100 or the Family Plan at $200). Distributors are charged a monthly auto ship fee of $100 per case and approximately $15-per-case shipping charge which includes sales tax. Each bottle is 25.35 fluid ounces or 750 mls and provides approximately 25 servings per bottle based on the recommended usage of one ounce per serving. Usage levels vary dependent on the individual and issues being addressed.
9. Are there other obligations or requirements for distributors? On the one-year anniversary of becoming a XanGo distributor, XanGo will charge you a renewal fee of $20.
10. How does the compensation plan work? This is a unilevel compensation system paying down nine levels incorporating streamlined compression and no breakage. You can receive compensation weekly from sponsorship bonuses, monthly from unilevel or product volume, and quarterly from global bonus pool participation based on qualification.
11. As a distributor, how many people will I be required to personally sponsor on my first level? In general three. The system provides the flexibility of sponsorship and placement to optimize your organization.
12. Does XanGo® Juice have an Auto Delivery Program and how does it work? The XanGo Auto Delivery Program (ADP) is a unique system wherein the company automatically sends case orders to its distributors once each month. Auto Delivery is processed on the 14th of each month. Based on the option you chose on your distributor application (i.e. credit card or ACH), the funds are processed prior to the case being shipped. ADP cases are shipped between the 15th and the 21st of each month.
13. Do I have to order product every month? No, but all XanGo distributors should be on a monthly Auto Delivery Program with XanGo. This is the only way you'll qualify to receive and maximize your commissions from XanGo.
14. If I sign up on ADP can I change my option (i.e. $100 to $200)? Yes. The option between Standard and Family can be changed at any time. All changes must be done in writing, signed and sent to the company via fax or mail.
15. What are PowerStart and Unilevel commissions? With the PowerStart bonus, you will receive 30% on the initial order of any new distributors you personally sign up and 15% on the initial order of any distributors they enroll, if you are on an Auto Delivery of $200 per month. Your Unilevel commission check is sent out monthly on, or before, the 20th of each month. This check comprises the commission percentages from each level of your downline. 16. How will XanGo® Juice communicate with distributors? Conference calls, e-mail, messages in product orders, web conferencing and other methods.
18. If the Mangosteen fruit is so beneficial, why have we never heard of it before? It has never been imported into the US.
